Joseph Sheppa

Joseph Sheppa has been working at Ideastream Public Media since June 2001, where Joseph currently holds the position of Data Insights and Digital Optimization Manager. Prior to this role, Joseph has worked in various digital and media-related positions, including Interactive Content Manager and Internet Producer. Joseph also has experience as a Teaching/Research Assistant at Cleveland State University, where Joseph completed their MA in Communication Theory & Methodology. In addition, Joseph served as Editor-in-Chief of The Cauldron during their undergraduate studies.
