Lori Marks

Lori Marks currently serves as the Senior Director of Foundation and Corporate Support at ideastream, a position held since January 2016. In this role, Lori leads a team focused on securing financial support from corporations and foundations, engaging in proposal writing and prospect research, and cultivating corporate gifts of $10,000 or more. Previously, Lori held roles such as Director of Philanthropy and Corporate Gifts Manager at ideastream, managing a portfolio of over 100 corporate prospects. Lori's experience also includes managing the charitable contributions program as Community Relations Manager at Northeast Ohio Media Group and overseeing the Newspaper in Education program at Plain Dealer Publishing Co. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication/Public Relations from Miami University.
