Jason Bailly

Jason Bailly is an experienced professional in training and customer solutions, currently serving as the Training Manager at Ideate, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Jason held the position of Customer Solutions Manager at dRofus from April 2019 to January 2022 and worked at Stantec as a Digital Practice Specialist from July 2016 to April 2019. Prior to these roles, Jason amassed significant experience at HDR, where responsibilities included Digital Design Principal, Knowledge and Content Leader, Application Manager, and Digital Design Technology Analyst from 2008 to 2016, alongside prior experience as an Architectural Project Coordinator from 2003 to 2007. Jason began professional development as an Application Engineer at PPI Group, a Topcon Solutions Store in 2007-2008, and possesses an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Architectural Design and Drafting from Portland Community College, complemented by studies at the University of Oregon in 1991-1992.
