Ayan Mukherjee

Ayan Mukherjee is a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer currently serving as Plant Manager at IDEC USA. Ayan has demonstrated expertise in setting up new processes and enhancing existing ones through Lean and Six Sigma techniques. Previously, Ayan held roles as Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at PROTEOR, where significant projects included the launch of a microprocessor-controlled prosthetic knee and various cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives. Ayan's background also includes impactful contributions at Safran, where process optimizations led to substantial savings and productivity increases. Ayan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
