Elina Mantha is a dedicated swimming coach and fitness instructor with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Democritus University of Thrace. Elina has coached at various institutions, including Athinna Swimming Center and Nireas Geraka, where they currently lead competitive swimming groups. Previously a swimming champion in Greece for the 200 butterfly, Elina has also worked with individuals with disabilities and served as a professor at ΚΟΛΛΕΓΙΟ IdEF. With a strong educational background in sports science, Elina is committed to promoting fitness and competitive swimming at all levels.
