Charles Allen

Charles Allen has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Charles began their career in 2011 as an Air Export Specialist at Expeditors. Charles was promoted to Supervisor, Export Services in the same company. In 2017, they moved to Pilot Freight Services as an Operations Manager. In 2018, they joined Trax Group and held multiple roles, including Global Customer Success Lead - Manufacturing & CPG, Account Manager, Global Process Improvement Manager, and Sr. Operations Manager, Americas Region, Audit Department. Currently, they are a Senior Account Manager at Idelic, where they are helping fleets reduce accidents by 20% on average within the first year on the Idelic Program.

Charles Allen attended Brophy College Preparatory from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Charles then attended Arizona State University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Finally, they attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
