Jonathan Bikowski has over 19 years of experience in the technology industry. Jonathan began their career in 2000 as a Web Developer and Designer Internship at CTNY. Jonathan then worked at Walmart from 2001 to 2006, where they held the roles of Strategic Applications Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Intranet Development Manager. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Program/Process Manager at Ernst & Young. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Senior Project Manager at American Greetings. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Senior Product Manager - Consumer Mobile Apps and Project Manager - Consumer Mobile Technology at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Account Management, Head of Program Management, and Head of Product at Idelic.

Jonathan Bikowski graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Technology in 2001, with a primary focus in Computer Graphics Technology. Prior to that, they attended Quaker Valley High School. In 2016, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
