We work for CAC 40 Companies in the fields of energy, electricity, construction, automobile, distribution, luxury, as well as in practically every bank and insurance company in the country, as well as many French and International Law firms.

Our R&D, produces innovative approaches to create training modules and mentoring programs whose efficiency is evaluated by our client at around 97%.
We are multicultural and can intervene in 6 languages with senior executives in individual formats, or with groups. We provide services in the following formats: conferences and theme Workshops, training, individual or group coaching, Mentoring, consulting and supervision in the field. 
We provide services at a distance in China, the USA, Latin America, and face to face in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
