Benoit Berthe has held various roles throughout their career. Benoit began working at Smith and Nephew in 1991 as the Director of Operations France. Following this, they worked at MEFRA as the Factory Director from 1998 to 2001. From there, they joined Gilles Leroux as the R&D Director in 2001. In 2002, they started working at Datacard Group as the General Manager France, a position they held until 2012. Benoit then moved on to become the General Manager at Datacard Corporation from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, Berthe became the CEO of Esopp until 2014. Currently, they are working at IDEMIA, where they started as the Product Development Director from 2014 to 2017, and then took on the role of Vice President of Product Development from September 2017.
