Bernard Racoute

Bernard Racoute, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership, delivery management, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Product Owner and Delivery Manager at IDEMIA since 2020, Bernard oversees the Quality Business Unit and ensures the delivery and quality assurance of biometric systems for the North American market. Previously, as Director of Professional Services at BOSSC, Bernard led the successful implementation of a flagship HR and Payroll SaaS product. With a background as Project Lead at Delbridge Solutions and Service Delivery Manager at SD Worx, Bernard has managed significant teams and projects, notably providing support to thousands of European clients in the SaaS sector. Additionally, Bernard has held roles in systems analysis and software engineering, demonstrating a robust foundation in IT and quality assurance. Bernard holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University.
