Cecile Cornu is an Executive HR Consultant at IDEMIA, leading HR technology and analytics functions, including organizational model design and the digitalization of key HR processes such as Talent Acquisition and Compensation management. Before joining IDEMIA in January 2022, Cecile held various senior roles at SITA from 2001 to 2022, including Sr. Director of Reward, Performance & Inclusion, where responsibilities included redesigning global compensation practices and establishing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion function. Additional experience includes leading a global HR services team and managing HR operations during a significant merger. Cecile holds a MA in Business & Administration from ESSCA, an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School, a BA in Political Sciences from Concordia University, and is currently participating in a bespoke Leadership Development program at IMD.
