Daniël Keizer

Daniël Keizer currently serves as Scrum Master and Team Lead at IDEMIA since April 2024, following a tenure as Director of Product Development at Betty Blocks from May 2019 to April 2024. In that role, Daniël was responsible for optimizing team processes in collaboration with the CEO, Director of Technology, and Product Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Scrum Master at Vacanceselect from April 2015 to April 2019, where Daniël facilitated and coached marketing and software development teams, and earlier roles as an Application Administrator and Intern at Vacanceselect, alongside internships at nedvice automatisering and VG automatisering. Daniël holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business IT & Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has pursued professional development in Management 3.0 and scrum methodologies, including obtaining the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
