Erika D. is currently serving as the International Mobility & Global Learning Coordinator at IDEMIA since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing international mobility processes and leading related projects. Previously, Erika held the position of Talent Acquisition Officer for the APAC region, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process across various domains, and collaborating with external agencies for talent attraction. Erika's career began with a Human Resources Internship at Capgemini, which involved candidate screening and interview coordination.
