István Kara is currently the Head of IT Performance and Quality at IDEMIA, where they focus on KPI and performance management, service level management, and audit management. Previously, István held various leadership roles at NN, including IT Service Management Lead and Test Team Lead, managing significant teams and strategies in test and change management. They have also gained experience in project management at Allianz Technology, disaster recovery at Citi, and were involved in service management and business continuity at Magyar Telekom.
