Matt Gamble, MBA, is a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer at IDEMIA since October 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Quality Assurance Manager at Inland Tool Company, where successful management of ISO 9001:2015 transition and reduction of internal scrap rate and PPM were achieved. Previous positions include Production Manager and various engineering roles at The GSI Group, Inc., where operations of multiple value streams were overseen and significant improvements in warranty processes and supplier quality were implemented. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
