Michelle Sullivan

Michelle Sullivan is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment efforts across global markets. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at IDEMIA from July 2022 to January 2025, Michelle oversees the development and execution of recruiting strategies while managing diverse teams across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East and Africa. Previous roles at IDEMIA include Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for North America, where Michelle focused on recruitment initiatives in the United States and Canada, and Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, providing strategic support to the Public Security North America business line. Prior to IDEMIA, Michelle held positions at HR Collaborative, iMPact Business Group, and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of the Philippines.
