Rahul Popli is a Senior Engineering Leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering secure, scalable, and AI-ready platforms. With over 15 years of experience in public sector identity, security, and large-scale SaaS environments, Rahul currently serves as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at IDEMIA Public Security, leading a global team of over 75 engineers. Rahul has successfully founded and scaled the Solutions Architect Team and implemented innovative modernization practices while ensuring compliance and cost optimization. Prior experience includes significant roles at Beyond Limits, Boeing, and BAE Systems, where they contributed to various technology advancements in cloud and security systems. Rahul holds a degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
