Vincent Toh

Vincent Toh, PMP, is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in leading engineering teams and managing complex programs to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Currently, Vincent serves as a Program Manager at IDEMIA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Vincent was a Project Manager at Leidos from March 2018 to May 2023, and held positions as Regional Quality Manager at Jabil from 2015 to March 2018, Program Manager at Smiths Detection from 2013 to 2015, and Senior Supply Chain Project Manager at Motorola Mobility from 2006 to 2013. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned between 1999 and 2003.
