William Dieu

William Dieu is an experience-driven professional with a strong background in operational management and engineering. Currently serving as Plant Director for IDEMIA since June 2017, William oversees the operations of four plants in India, managing 1,600 headcounts and a production volume of 700 million smart cards annually, with a cost transformation exceeding €100 million per year. Prior experience includes a similar role at Safran, where William managed multiple plants and led a workforce of 1,200. William's extensive career began at Autoliv, where various roles spanned from Plant Manager in China to Global Project Manager in Japan, showcasing expertise in project coordination and technical development. William holds dual Executive MBA degrees from Ecole de Guerre Economique and INSEAD, along with an engineering degree from Polytech Orléans.
