Xavier Cassignol

Xavier Cassignol has extensive experience in procurement and operations management. Xavier most recently served as the Chief Procurement Officer & Corporate Quality SVP of IDEMIA, a global leader in Augmented Identity & Security. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Procurement Officer at Etex and Coveris Group, where they successfully led procurement functions and achieved significant cost savings. Xavier also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., where they headed the procurement entity supporting packaging companies and implemented synergy programs. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at FCI, Alcan Packaging, American National Can, Pechiney Group, Cebal, Aerosol Division, Pechiney Group, and Thomson Consumer Electronics. Xavier's experience spans multiple industries and includes establishing sourcing offices, implementing lean initiatives, and driving supplier development projects.

Xavier Cassignol has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lancaster University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. In addition, they have a Diplome Section Service Public from Sciences Po, earned from 1984 to 1987. Xavier also attended Kobe University from 1986 to 1987, studying Business Administration and Management.
