David Bourque

David Bourque currently serves as Vice President of Engineering and Construction at Idemitsu Renewables, after holding the position of Director of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction - Renewables & Grid Solutions at Osaka Gas USA, where responsibilities included establishing a Renewables Division and building operational networks for utility-scale solar projects. Prior experience includes Director of Product Engineering at Borrego, where David led the creation of a new department to enhance the company’s EPC processes, and managed project engineering and safety operations.
