Craig McDermott

Craig McDermott has extensive work experience in the field of IT security. From 1999 to 2013, they held various positions in the field, starting with Security at HJ Heinz Ltd. in 1999, followed by IT Security at H J Heinz in 2005, IT Security Consultant at Barclays Bank in 2006, Chief Information Security Officer at Scope Consulting (UK) in 2009, Managing Director at Tutis Security Solutions Limited in 2008, and Chief Executive Officer at idenprotect in 2013. At Tutis Security Solutions Limited, Craig provided services to Financial Services Authority (FSA), Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Bank PLC, Admin Re, Barclaycard, Department of Work and Pensions, Royal Bank of Canada, Nokia, QinetiQ, Fujitsu, Nixu Oy, Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, and UBS. At idenprotect, Craig led a team focused on helping customers identify and eliminate cyber risks associated with the use of passwords across their organization.

Craig McDermott attended upholland from 1989 to 1996, Winstanley College from 1996 to 1998, and the University of Westminster from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an MSc in Information Security.
