Shahela Ali

Shahela Ali is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product management and global marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Global Product Manager at CTS Corporation since October 2025, Shahela previously held multiple leadership roles at IDENTCO from July 2021 to September 2025, including Director of Global Marketing and Segment Director for Electronics & Transportation. Additionally, Shahela worked as Director of Global Marketing at Reliance Label Solutions from January 2023 to September 2025, and held several positions at Molex from October 2012 to October 2021, including Marketing Manager PCS and Program/Product Manager. Early career experience includes serving as Product Manager for Compression Connectors and High-Speed Cables at Cinch Connectors from May 2006 to September 2012.
