Sonia Ortiz

Sonia Ortiz is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Director of Quality at IDENTCO since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sonia held multiple positions as Quality Manager at ABCorp, Valid, and Plasticard-Locktech International, along with a tenure as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Plasticard-Locktech International. Sonia's career began at Caterpillar Inc. as a Quality Assurance Auditor/Product Change Control Analyst. Educationally, Sonia earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Waubonsee Community College and completed secondary education at Mather High School.
