William Karstenson

William Karstenson is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at IDENTCO, Reliance Label Solutions, and Trebnick Systems, Inc., since February 2022 and September 2024, respectively. Previously, William held the position of VP of Finance at Essentra from October 2018 to February 2022, overseeing financial operations for a leading packaging and specialty product manufacturer. Prior to Essentra, William spent five years at AGCO Corporation as Finance Director, providing leadership for the North America Parts business, and contributed significantly to the financial management of Sears Holdings Corporation's Home Services division in various roles from 2005 to 2013. William began the career at Kraft Foods, focusing on operations accounting. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Accounting from DePaul University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
