Identi3 Profiling looks into individual, team and organizational performance – when you want to excel in what you do, that’s information worth knowing.

With a 36 year history, Identi3 Profiling now serves more than 2,000 global companies worldwide. With constant technological and social changes, Identi3 Profiling keeps up to date with continuous research, innovation, and normative studies.

Identi3 Profiling provides a holistic application in the following areas:
1) As a recruitment/ executive search tool for the selection of the right people
2) As a diagnostic ‘X-ray’ to examine organization ‘DNA’ and problems
3) As a team building tool to connect different talents
4) As a leadership development tool for building a greater company
5) As a coaching tool to develop high potential
6) As an educational tool for learners to identify their learning style
7) As a career identification tool for graduates and those in career transition
8) As a relationship building tool for couples

The success of Identi3 Profiling can be attributed to the maturity of users who look beyond conventional psychometric profiling.

Compared to inelegant psychometric tests, which consist of hundreds of questions, Identi3 Profiling distils a complex psychometric questionnaire into only 20 questions. The outputs are short, useful graphics that are easy to understand and engage managers and employees alike. They provide a catalyst for change in an easily understood way.

The result helps people identify with themselves or the jobs for which they are suitable. In team settings, when people start to understand each other, they trust each other enough to collaborate. Unlike that of other psychometric tool companies which look only at human traits (characteristics of the person taking the test) for a job fit, Identi3 Profiling is also an Organization Development (OD) tool that looks at an organization's strategies, structure, and processes for improving its effectiveness.
