David Toy

David is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a global leader in cloud-based learning and talent management software with over 23.8 million users. In this role he is responsible for overall security and compliance throughout the enterprise covering IT Risk, IT Audit, Information Security, Network & Application Security, Web Assessments, Governance, Corporate Security, and Third Party risk assessments. With his leadership, the organization has demonstrated ongoing commitment to protecting client data via SSAE16 SOC1/SOC2, ISAE 3402, ISO27001:2005/2013, PCI , FISMA Moderate Authority to Operate (ATO). Most recently, his company achieved FedRAMP Agency ATOs and FedRAMP Compliant (1 of 35 listed as of 2/2016). David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University and Master’s Degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
