Russ Walker

Russ Walker is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as vCISO & Consultant at Identify Security since June 2023. In this role, Russ leads teams providing virtual Chief Information Security Officer and cybersecurity support services to various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and retail. Prior to this, from January 2015 to February 2024, Russ held the position of Vice President of Information Security at AdventHealth, a major health system operating over 46 hospitals and employing more than 125,000 individuals. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Law, Economics, and Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed between 1980 and 1984.
