Rhys Lewis

Rhys Lewis is the Co-Founder of Identify Solutions, where they assist high-growth companies in building effective teams through a contemporary recruitment approach. Previously, from 2012 to 2015, Rhys held various roles at CPS Group (UK) Limited, culminating in the position of Permanent Director, where they significantly expanded the Permanent Division and ensured consistent year-on-year growth. Rhys also has contractual experience as a Talent Manager at Funding Xchange, contributing to innovative finance solutions for small businesses. Rhys began their career as a Junior Consultant at Hays and holds a degree from Swansea University.
