Greg Flanagan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Greg began their career with various sales and service roles at Westpac from 1994 to 2001. Greg then worked as a relationship manager from 2001 to 2004 before transitioning to the role of a credit coach in the Premium Financial Services. From 2005 to 2009, Greg served as the regional service manager for NSW/ACT in Premium Financial Services, where they acted as a trusted advisor to top-tier consumer customers. Greg also worked as a team leader in the Pinnacle Project, which involved implementing a new business lending platform at Westpac. Greg later took on the role of an engagement manager and continuous improvement project manager from 2009 to 2012, where they successfully applied LEAN methodologies and received a CEO award for their business improvement contributions. In 2012, Greg became a project manager in regulatory change at Westpac, delivering projects on time and under budget, implementing new systems, and redirecting projects to meet business objectives. From 2014 to 2022, they joined Western Union Business Solutions as a program/project manager, delivering regulatory, strategy, and client projects across multiple countries. Greg prioritized projects, managed stakeholders at all levels, and achieved various key milestones. Most recently, in 2022, Greg joined Identitii as a senior project manager, focusing on business transformation and managing customer-facing projects.
Greg Flanagan's education history includes an Associate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) obtained from the Sydney Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Killara High School from 1987 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Greg has also obtained several certifications, including the Business Benefits Realization Foundations and Strategic Planning: Case Studies from LinkedIn, both achieved in November 2021. Greg also holds the Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., received in September 2020.
