Phillip Shoemaker has a diverse work experience. Phillip is currently working as an Advisor at Parso, where they focus on unlocking global data interoperability with patented AI technology. Phillip is also a member of the Leadership Council at the National Small Business Association. In their previous roles, they served as the Executive Director/CEO at Identity.com, an Advisor at Brilliant Labs, PLLAY Labs, Inc., We The Project, TG-17, Whrrl, Climate Action Now, and IdeaGist International Blockchain Incubator.

Phillip Shoemaker has a background in computer science from San Jose State University. In 1994, they attended UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and obtained a degree in Graphic Design, focusing on Design and Applied Arts. In 2017, they briefly attended Oaksterdam University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an IDPro Member from IDPro® in 2021.
