Emma Gardner

Emma Gardner is currently the Executive Design Director at Identity and serves as a Moe Certified Coach, specializing in empowering women in the creative industries. With a background in design, they held the position of Senior 3D Designer at Innovision from 2013 to 2015 and were the Head of Creative at Smyle from 2015 to 2021. Emma's early career included roles as an Exhibit Designer at Photosound and Lead Creative at Cuttsy and Cuttsy. They received a degree in Design for Exhibition and Museums from the University of Lincoln, graduating in 2008. Emma is also dedicated to mentorship, actively contributing to organizations like Creative Mentor Network and Kerning the Gap.
