Greg Alcaraz

Greg Alcaraz has a strong background in finance and accounting. Greg started their career at Asyst Technologies in 1997 as an Operations and Commercial Controller. Greg then moved on to Gap Inc. as the Director of Finance SOX PMO, responsible for ensuring the company met Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. From there, they became the Director of Finance Operations Controller at FormFactor, where they managed cost accounting and financial planning. At Thoratec, they served as the Director of Finance for the Cardiovascular Division, overseeing financial reporting and analysis. Greg then became the Global Controller at Morpho Detection Inc, managing accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities. As the Corporate Controller at Able Services, they built and managed the accounting team. Greg continued their career at Elementum SCM as the Controller, developing tools for accurate financial tracking. Currently, Greg is working at Identiv as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis, implementing proactive metrics for financial reviews.

Greg Alcaraz obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1989 to 1992. Greg also holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants.
