Daniel Erro

Daniel Erro has a diverse background in research and technology, primarily focusing on speech synthesis, voice biometrics, and sound analysis. Experience includes serving as a Research Fellow at Ikerbasque from August 2012 to July 2016, where work centered on vocoders and speech intelligibility enhancement, followed by a role as a Senior Researcher at Cirrus Logic from August 2016 to April 2019, focusing on voice biometrics systems. Daniel also gained insights into educational research as a Postdoc Researcher at UPV/EHU from September 2008 to July 2016 and conducted early research at the TALP Research Center at UPC. Since December 2020, Daniel has been a Senior Technologist at IDENTY Touchless ID, developing touchless biometrics technology. Academic qualifications include an Ingeniero in Telecomunicación from Universidad Pública de Navarra and a Ph.D. in Signal Theory and Communications from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, alongside a Master's in Teaching from Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio.
