Bruce MacGregor

Bruce MacGregor is a Partner at IDEO, where since 1996, the focus has been on leveraging design thinking to help organizations align around their purpose and vision, develop innovative ventures, and enhance their culture and capabilities. Prior to IDEO, Bruce served as Vice President at College Pro Painters from 1985 to 1992, overseeing operations in the Western Canadian region and establishing the Western US region. Bruce holds a Master of Science in Product Design from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
