Clement Dai

Clement Dai is currently the head of strategic planning, family business, and founder-led innovation at IDEO. Prior to this, they were the co-founder & CEO of New Frontier Bio from January 2020 to December 2022. Clement also served as the vice president of strategic finance for Resolute Bio from January 2018 to December 2022. From January 2014 to December 2016, they were the ecosystem lead for the solution sales & project management office for IBM Global Energy & Utilities' Green Horizon Initiative. From January 2012 to December 2014, they were a market development analyst for medical device/orthopaedics at Quadion LLC. Lastly, from January 2012 to December 2012, they were a research & program assistant at Kissinger Institute on the United States and China & China Environment Forum | Woodrow Wilson Center.

Clement Dai has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from St. John's University.
