David Vondle

David Vondle is an experienced design and engineering professional with a strong background in interaction design and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Director and Senior Design Lead at IDEO since April 2015, David also has a longstanding role as a Sketcher at Sketching In Hardware since 2006. Previously, David co-founded and served as CEO of Central Standard Timing from January 2012 to February 2017. David's early career includes positions as an Interaction Designer & Electrical Engineer at IDEO, contributing to technology interactions at NUI, and interning at Tellart and Design Lab, focusing on electronic toolkit development for rapid prototyping. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and has also studied at the Rhode Island School of Design.
