Jen Sims

Jen Sims serves as a Product Director at IDEO since August 2020, leading program development and cross-team initiatives focused on product strategy, team leadership, and learning experiences for IDEO U’s offerings. Prior to IDEO, Jen held the position of Senior Program Manager at Coursera from 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing a degree program portfolio and developing go-to-market strategies. Additional experience includes roles at IXL Learning as Manager of Account Management and Account Manager, at Striiv as Project Manager and Technical Support Lead, and as Training and Support Lead at MediSked, LLC. Jen holds an MBA in Data Analytics and Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
