Leah Marcus

Leah Marcus is an experienced executive and educator currently serving as the Executive Director and previously as Senior Design Director at IDEO since December 2019. In addition to this role, Leah teaches the design thinking curriculum for the MMM Program at the Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Trunk Club, where responsibilities involved overseeing customer experiences and leading technology development for sales tools. Earlier roles included Senior UX Strategist at One North Interactive, Strategy Associate at gravitytank, and Logistics Engineer II at Raytheon. Leah holds an MBA and MEM from Northwestern University and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, along with international studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
