Travis Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and engineering leadership. Currently a Partner and Executive Managing Director for North America at IDEO since August 2005, Travis has been instrumental in leading IDEO's North American consulting organization. Additionally, Travis serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University's Segal Design Institute and the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science. Previous roles include Managing Director at IDEO Chicago and Senior Director for Research and Development. Travis began his career as an Associate Mechanical Engineering Intern at Medtronic in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
