Krysta Chapman

Krysta Chapman has held various roles in the finance and accounting sector since 2003. Krysta began their career as a Staff Accountant at Stern Cohen LLP before moving to Deloitte as a Senior Staff Accountant in 2006. In 2008 they became the Chief Financial Officer of Pathway Capital Ltd, followed by a role as Corporate Treasurer at Sandstorm Gold in 2011. Krysta then moved to AdPerfect in 2016 as Director of Finance, before becoming Chief Financial Officer of Tectonic Metals Inc. in 2018. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Winshear Gold, and is currently Chief Financial Officer at Ideon Technologies.

Krysta Chapman completed their Bachelor of Mathematics and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Waterloo between 2001 and 2006. In 2008, they obtained their Chartered Accountant certification from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 2013, they completed their Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
