Rebecca Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, administration, and marketing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at IDE Group since February 2020, Rebecca has also held roles such as WHS Manager, Admin Manager, and Marketing Specialist. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Summer Hill Capital as an Administrative Officer, where responsibilities included office organization and human resources management. As President of the Junior School Auxiliary at PLC Sydney from 2015 to 2018, Rebecca managed significant fundraising events and volunteer efforts. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes founding LBT Kids Fashion, where Rebecca oversaw all aspects of a retail business. Additional roles in travel consultancy and fundraising coordination further highlight Rebecca's diverse skill set. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of New England, Rebecca also holds various qualifications in digital communication and social media engagement.
