Eric Serra

Eric Serra has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 as a Freelance Consultant for Oracle, where they specialized in performance audits for Oracle databases. In 2001, they joined Precise as an S. EMEA Sales Engineer and also held the role of SE France Team Leader. Eric then joined Wily Technology - CA in 2004 as a Senior Sales Engineer, Technologist Consultant, and Trainer. In 2008, Eric joined OpTier as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, a role they held until 2012 when they joined IDERA Software as a Senior Sales Engineer.

Eric Serra obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computing & Engineering Sciences from Université Côte d'Azur. Eric completed their studies in this field from 1984 to 1990.
