Tep Chantra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 1997, they worked at Sivell as a Technical Support.

From 1998 to 2006, they were employed at Terminal C, LLC. Initially, they served as a Technical Support Technician, providing end user support for various software. Later, they became a Project Liaison, maintaining excellent customer relationships and assisting with UI design and product testing.

Since 2010, Tep Chantra has been working at IDERA Software. Tep started as a Technical Support Engineer Level I, providing software support for SQL Server and SharePoint tools. Tep documented issues, reproduced reported bugs, and submitted them to the development team. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer Level II, where they improved productivity in the technical support department and collaborated with the development team on high-priority cases. In 2016, they were promoted to Associate Product Manager, responsible for coordinating with project managers and presenting recommendations for product improvement. In 2018, they became a Product Manager, and in 2019, they transitioned to their current role as a Sales Engineer.

Tep Chantra attended the University of Houston from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Technology.
