Ellen Caers

Ellen Caers is a Preventieadviseur Psychosociale Aspecten at IDEWE since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Rentree coach and ESF projectcoördinator at emino, where they developed job coaching methodologies and re-integration strategies for individuals with rare diseases. Ellen also has experience as a Jobcoach at Job-Link and as a Loopbaancoach at Kompas Loopbaancentrum. They served as the Coördinator Rentreedienstverlening at Sterpunt Inclusief Ondernemen from 2021 to 2023. Ellen earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven.
