Amit Das is currently the Lead Engineer at IDEX Corporation, where they lead significant projects, including a Spiral Jet Mill and a Smooth Flow Hygienic Pump, demonstrating a strong focus on design thinking and innovation. Previously, they served as an Associate Manager at Eimco Elecon India Limited, successfully launching multiple mining equipment projects and achieving record production levels. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Mining Machinery Engineering and a minor in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, where they cultivated a solid educational foundation in engineering and management.
