Betsy Schaffer

Betsy Schaffer, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at IDEX Health & Science, LLC since December 2017, after progressing from the role of Human Resources Manager, which began in January 2004. Key competencies include HRIS, benefits administration, onboarding, applicant tracking systems, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies. Prior to IDEX, Betsy worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Nokia from 2000 to 2003 and as an HR Specialist at MMI Companies, Inc. from 1990 to 2000. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2003 and 2008.
