Brittany Schwartz

Brittany Schwartz, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at IDEX Corporation, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this, Brittany worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ATC Drivetrain from January 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included payroll and benefits administration for approximately 1,200 employees, HRIS management, policy development, and employee communications. Additional experience includes serving as Employee Engagement Generalist at Oklahoma City Public Schools and Branch Manager at LandrumHR, where various HR functions and personnel management were executed. Early career experience includes an assistant role at the Florida Public Pension Trustees Association. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.
