Chris Jaques

Troy McIntosh currently serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at IDEX Corporation, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive company-wide diversity strategy. McIntosh is also a member of The Executive Leadership Council, focusing on the development of successful Black executives. Prior to these roles, McIntosh held leadership positions in diversity and talent management at U.S. Cellular, Ingredion Incorporated, Pactiv, Johnson Controls, Abbott Laboratories, Sara Lee, and United Airlines, with significant contributions in talent acquisition, development, and diversity initiatives. McIntosh holds a Master of Arts in Social Services from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.
