James Cushler

James Cushler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager at IDEX Corporation since February 2012, James is focused on achieving annual productivity goals and managing a global supply base for various product lines. Prior to this, James held several key positions at Newman Technology Inc. NTI from October 1996 to February 2012, including Cost Procurement Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing part supply and ensuring uninterrupted flow for a major Tier 1 supplier. James also contributed as Parts Procurement Manager, Manager of Administration, and Assistant Manager of Administration, excelling in cost reduction and financial management.
